Terms
These terms govern the use of SalonHub by customers booking appointments and by salons listing on the platform.
What SalonHub is
SalonHub is a booking platform. It connects customers with independent salons. SalonHub does not provide beauty or wellness treatments itself.
The contract for a treatment is between you and the salon you book. The salon is responsible for the service, its quality, its pricing and its own legal obligations.
Booking an appointment
A booking is made for a specific salon, service and time. You will receive a confirmation and a secure link that lets you view, reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Please provide accurate contact details. If they are wrong, the salon may be unable to reach you and your confirmation may not arrive.
Changes and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel using your booking link, subject to the notice period the salon sets. That notice period is shown on the salon page and when you manage your booking.
Salons may cancel an appointment where they cannot deliver it. They should contact you when this happens.
Payment
Where a salon takes payment at the salon, you pay the salon directly and SalonHub handles no money for that booking.
Where online payment is offered, it is processed by our payment provider. Prices shown are those set by the salon.
Acceptable use
Do not use SalonHub to make bookings you do not intend to keep, to misrepresent who you are, or to attempt to access data belonging to others. We may suspend access where the platform is being abused.
Availability and liability
SalonHub is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operator, as published in the Imprint, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
